This training I received has changed my life in so many positive ways. Niamh Flynn is an exceptional teacher and hypnotherapist and she made the whole experience both enjoyable and rewarding in equal measures. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this course to anyone who has an interest in hypnosis either professionally or personally. This course has been truly transformational.
My name is Toni Kelly & I‘m a driving instructor from Donegal. First met Niamh over 7 years ago. At the time I was a full time rally driver & I had been in quiet a nerve-wrecking accident towards the end of a season, then in the first event of the next season, I froze. I was a wreck & at the time I thought I’d never feel comfortable in a rally car again. Which was devastating for me. With a few sessions Niamh fixed all of that fear! As far as driving was concerned, I was a better driver, after hypnotherapy, than I ever was!
So, over the years I began using hypnotherapy for all kinds of everything & it works, every time! I always feel so light coming out of a session! Then in 2013 Niamh asked me would I like to become a hypnotherapist myself. At first I was slightly apprehensive, Niamh does such an amazing job that I didn’t think I’d be able to do the same thing but, Niamh gives you all the tools you need. Plus, she is an amazing support and she‘s so encouraging! As a driving instructor I have used it on so many people to rid theirs fears of driving and calm their nerves/build confidence when doing their test. I am loving being a hypnotherapist – to be able to help someone in a way that they never believed was possible is an amazing feeling and it’s so humbling. The emails or texts that clients send, every now and then, to check in are quite inspiring! It‘s a really rewarding thing to be able to do! And it’s all thanks to Niamh.
The classes felt so short and enjoyable. It‘s an easy-going and friendly atmosphere so you feel really comfortable! Which is vital when learning anything! I can’t thank Niamh enough, for everything over the years but now she has added something so unique and worthwhile to my C.V., my business and my life as a whole! ”
Excellent course, Excellent trainer, Niamh made it so interesting and enjoyable I look forward to working in this field.
Thanks Niamh. I came along not knowing what to expect. I have done a lot of courses in the past but this was the one for me. Learning Hypnosis was so enjoyable. You passed on a lot of your own personal knowledge which was so helpful. I loved the support and knowing you always made yourself available if I needed anything.
As the course progressed I learned so much, it was fascinating. I have changed my thinking, I feel so much better as a person. I love that I can help my family and friends and anyone who comes to my clinic, seeing life changing results. I would recommend this course to anyone.
It is without doubt the best course I have ever been on.
There are 3817.84 km between Cyprus and Ireland plus a 7 hour transit time in Gatwick Airport London until I could catch a connecting flight to beautiful Dublin. Even though, everybody kept on telling me that travelling to Dublin in order to become a certified hypnotherapist would be very tiring and time consuming, these monthly travels from October 2010 to February 2011, proved to be a lifetime experience.
Niamh is both an amazing person and teacher. She has taught me everything about hypnosis in such a way that travelling to the next hypnosis seminar weekend became something I longed for, something that kept me going. Her lectures and the way she spreads knowledge is unique, her ongoing support unconditional and I would not hesitate for a minute to say that I have met my anam cara. If I ever had to do these frequent trips all over again in order to get taught by Niamh, I would in just a blink of an eye.
I thank her so much for changing my life by teaching me how to become a hypnotherapist, for putting her trust in me, giving me guidance and support in every imaginable way.
I am a serving Assistant Chief Officer in the Irish Prison Service. My job often involves having to get people to do things that they do not necessarily want to do in the interests of the good and proper governance of the prison.
I decided to stop smoking in 2012. I had tried and failed many, many times prior to this. In September 2012 I attended a hypnosis session and I haven’t looked back since. I always had an interest in hypnosis and I had attended a few stage hypnosis shows in the past – I must admit that I was a bit skeptical about the “whole hypnosis thing” after witnessing some of the antics on stage but I also believed that there were many benefits that individuals could avail of by changing lifetime “habits” through hypnosis.
In October 2012 I literally stumbled across Niamh Flynn’s website offering the chance to train as a hypnotherapist with a qualification, certificate and membership from the National Guild of Hypnotists.
I contacted Niamh by telephone and I discussed the course with her. I immediately got a “good Feeling” and I contacted Niamh the following day and I enrolled for the January 2013 course.
The course runs over 5 full weekends ( Saturday and Sunday ) from 9am to 5pm. The training involves both theory and practical sessions and there is some project work to be done in between weekend training sessions. There is quite a lot to get through but if one has an interest in hypnosis the training is informative, interesting and fulfilling. As well as this, there is the opportunity to set up a business for a relatively small initial outlay.
Niamh Flynn is a great tutor. She involves the coarse participants from the first minute of the first training session. She goes out of her way to make students feel competant and confident. There is no such thing as a wrong or right answer. Niamh’s concern is that the participants understand the whole art of hypnosis. As Niamh is practicing from the Galway Clinic, she is constantly learning new techniques that assists the practicing Hypnotherapist on a day to day basis.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course and I have been a certified Hypnotherapist since April 2013. I regularly use the skills that I have learned with my children ( one would never go into a lift – she won’t use the stairs now! ) and in my job.
I cannot recommend Niamh Flynn highly enough and I would unreservedly recommend the NGH training course to anyone who has aspirations to become their own boss or to anyone who has an interest in this most undervalued and underused skill that is becoming more and more recognised by traditional medicine.
